Irving Irving: Homes located west of Dallas on the way to the Airport. Irving offers a wide range of real estate options. The city has a lot of single-family homes in the $100,000 to $250,000 range. There are many subdivisions across Irving beginning with homes in the low $100,000s around Plymouth Park and Nichols Park to Sherwood Forest and The Hospital District of high $100,000s to high $200,000s and into northern areas of Irving with homes exceeding $1,000,000. On the far north side of town in Valley Ranch, you will find a large subdivision with many neighborhoos with home prices ranging from the low $100,000s to the mid and upper $300,000s. Rolling hills describe the turrain of this area with its trees and duck ponds. Fairway Vista of Las Colinas is a gated community bordering the TPC at the Four Seasons Resort and Golf Club. Homes and Townhomes range from high $200,000s to over $900,000. Homes at The Enclave at TPC Las Colinas and Windsor Ridge are gated communities priced form $800,000 to more than $1 million. Cottonwood Valley homes surrounding the Cottonwood Valley Golf Course across MacArthur from the Four Seasons Resort is a gated community with homes from the $300,000s to over $1,000,000. Hackberry Creek is another gated, country club community on the north side of town with homes from the $200,000 to $700,000s. Irving is home of the Dallas Cowboys and many large corporate headquarters including Verizon, Exxon Mobil and Nokia. The Las Colinas business district located on Lake Caroline is home to one of the most frequented tourist destinations: The Mustangs of Las Colinas; nine large bronze horses racing through a stream in the middle of a building quad.
